YouTuber ‘Shoots Her Shot’ At 50 Dancehall Artists Via DMs, Here Are Responses From Popcaan, Bounty Killer, Govana & More

Jamaican YouTube vlogger Tash Fierce decided to ‘shoot her shot’ yesterday by sending direct messages to a whopping 50 Dancehall deejays via Instagram just to see who would reply.

After much deliberation, Fierce created and uploaded the video of the daring undertaking on her YouTube channel to show us exactly how she individually sent the 50 artists personal messages. She seemed pretty nervous at first, babbling on about how long it had taken her to build up the courage to take on such a prank but eventually got to work.

First up on the shooting range was the ‘man himself’, Alkaline. Clearly in awe of his celebrity, Fierce conjured up a brief yet flattering hail, “N-gga you foineeee,” and hit send.

It didn’t take her long to get the wheels in motion; she twiddled away typing up mini messages to the most popular Dancehall stars but of course not all responded.

Married, single, or in a relationship, it didn’t matter, Tash got responses from more than half of the celebs she had reached out to.

In part 2 of her video clip, which was recorded the following day, she revealed the ones who replied and what they said.

Among these were – Popcaan, Govana, Intence, Aidonia, Ding Dong, Shawn Storm, Gold Gad, Demarco, Stylo G, Konshens, Vershon, Kranium, Bounty Killer, Munga Honorable, Dexta Daps, Teejay, Chris Martin, Quada, Skillibeng, Squash, Masicka, Serani, Chronic Law and a few others.

While some artistes like Skillibeng and Squash only retorted with emojis, others took the time to write Tash back.

Where she told Popcaan, “The trim really have a Buzz,” he replied, “You have some too,” which left the YouTuber a little silly and smitten.

While Shawn Storm might have paid her the biggest compliment with “How yuh Suh hottt,” it didn’t really tickle her fancy as much as Aidonia did with his response, which simply thanked her for loving his music.

Tash was also pretty hot and heated to see that Quada and Masicka who she thinks are both “foine” also returned with their hellos.
