Before employment in media, Ramona formed her own business services as Creative Director of The Voicebox Global, offering advertisers and businesses first-world voiceover production for their commercials, narrations, film introductions, and live stage personality for major events on the island. Her strong work ethic and sound entrepreneurial expertise has cemented her as the go-to media maven, and consultant for curious minds who aspire to be in media, entertainment, and voice acting. She is known by work colleagues and friends to be extremely passionate about her work, brand, and business. Ramona has displayed a no-nonsense approach with regard to children as the respected founder of Jamaica's nation-jerking movement, Excuse Me Driver which she formed in 2018, spreading awareness about the impact of explicit music in public spaces around impressionable young minds, in addition to rallying for the upgrade of lyrical content in Dancehall music.
