Tia Kemp can’t own a gun right now, and that might be the wildest line in 50 Cent’s latest legal win.
A Florida judge has granted Fif a temporary injunction protecting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, and the order goes well beyond telling Kemp to log off.
According to TMZ, the judge ordered Kemp, Rick Ross’ 49-year-old ex and the mother of one of his children, to stay at least 500 feet away from Sire. She’s also barred from contacting the teen directly or indirectly, and that includes social media.
Then came the firearms piece. Kemp is prohibited from possessing guns or ammunition, and she has to surrender any weapons to law enforcement once she’s served with the order.

The ruling arrived just days after 50 filed papers on Sire’s behalf. In the filing, he claimed Kemp had repeatedly targeted his son online, allegedly calling the boy “slow” and saying he was on the autism spectrum.
Kemp hasn’t exactly gone quiet since the filing landed. She’s posted multiple videos taking aim at 50 and his son.
She’s also said publicly that she has nothing to lose, which doesn’t sound like someone planning to let a court order end the conversation.
Here’s where things get messy for 50, though. A big chunk of social media isn’t rallying behind him, and plenty of people are pointing at his own history as the reason.
50 has built a second career out of online trolling, and critics say that has included jokes at the expense of other people’s kids.
To them, running to a judge the moment the energy gets turned on his own family looks like a double standard.
Others aren’t buying that framing at all. Mocking a grown rapper is one thing, they argue, but an adult repeatedly going after a 14-year-old online is a different line entirely. A judge apparently agreed.

There’s also the family subplot people can’t stop bringing up. 50’s relationship with his eldest son, Marquis Jackson, has played out publicly for years.
Some commenters have joked that Kemp might not have faced any legal heat if she’d aimed at Marquis instead.
Hovering over all of it is the long-running tension between 50 and Rick Ross, which has stretched across diss records, memes and years of online jabs.
Kemp being Ross’ ex adds one more layer to a beef that keeps finding new ways to spill past the music.
For now, the order is temporary, and Kemp still has to be served. Given how she’s handled the past few days, her response is probably already queued up.
