Squash, Sean Kingston – How We Chop

The 6ix Boss has enlisted American-Jamaican singer Sean Kingston for a Trap-Dancehall collab, to show these “likkle boys,” How We Chop. The two take turns dishing their top-tier rhymes in the 6ix Real Records / Hemton Music-produced track as Kingston drops “200k pon a watch,” while Squash boasts his Maybach, Cartier effects, and many girls.

Valiant – Expensive 

Dancehall artist Valiant is back again with another new single dubbed Expensive. The Shane Creative-directed music video spotlights his luxurious lifestyle in the “tropics” and fans are already declaring this one a hit.

Elephant Man – Gal Bruck It Off

The Energy God joins the slew of new releases this week with his track Gal Bruck It Off. Backed by an invigorating music video by LCRJ Media, his effort is evidently one for the local street dance scene, giving off heightened levels of energy and party vibes to fuel the competing dance culture.

Ding Dong – Bup Bup Bup

Ravers Clavers chief Ding Dong has come through with another of his infectious party bangers – this one is called, Bup Bup Bup. Produced by Romeich Entertainment, the new single a humble brag about his nonpareil status and prestige. “Money come to mi fast, as mi phone ring brrp. Eh! You ah ediat, Rolex pon mi wrist ah never G-shock … Eh hol dat! Bup in a dem head!” the lyrics go.

Etana – Mr. Jones

Etana has one for the lovers (or the wishful ones) in her new song Mr. Jones this week. The Reggae singer has found herself yearning for the attention of a handsome suitor, singing in her verses, “Oh Mr. Jones, Mr. Jones can I get your number. Ohh come bring your love to me, I really wanna take you there …” on a cheery instrumental arrangement produced by Jon FX.

Moyann – Feelings

Moyann has brought the heat with her DJ Frass-produced song Feelings. In the sexy new visuals by 300K, the singer flaunts an attractive lover, declaring “Mek mi catch feelings.” She takes us on a midnight tryst on the beach and inside a romantic rendezvous with her beau, while bragging about his irresistibility – Watch more below:

Chronic Law – Choke 

Chronic Law goes heavy with another of his lyrically potent deliveries in his song Choke. The deejay has found an interesting catch, who rather than wanting a typical bad boy or gangster, prefers the likes of a real-life “killer.”

Tommy Lee Sparta – Meds Messed Up

An incarcerated Tommy Lee Sparta takes audiences down a dark and painful passage in his latest release, Meds Messed Up. The artist shares his inner and very personal thoughts in the verses: “Trod pon di lonely road, hide from the holy ghost, mi feel fi break down, som’body hold me closer, journey so long, sweat in a clothes, will I make it out? Topmann – Champion

Topmann has made it from the slumps and has his “Champion” belt to prove it. The deejay appears in this mini film directed by Dark Moon Cinema that shows snippets of his previous zinc-fence living quarters to owning his luxury Mercedes Benz. The song is billed as an inspiration for others living in impoverished circumstances, assuring them that hard work will pay off.

Stylo G, Dj Crown Prince, 1Takenneandos – 100 Grand

Stylo G is back again, flossing his riches, this time from the city of gold – Dubai. The deejay brags about his 6-figure salary, “100 grand a month,” throughout the chorus of the track while highlighting his extravagant lifestyle: “Man wild and rich, f**k bare gal, tun it up a notch …”. Vybz Kartel – From Me Born

Now bringing his previously released From Me Born to life, Vybz Kartel taps video director C.V.E Entertainment and actor Nitro Immortal to spotlight the twisted realities of the socioeconomic system. “Criminal at large will never be in charge,” he sings. “Money, power, links make everything criss. Mi used to think the system want fix but it good, ah suh it design, the rich fi rich the poor fi poor, the gun haffi sell … disease fi make, vaccine fi buy, food haffi poisoned fi mess up you mind…”

Mr. Vegas & Yemi Alade – Bright Future

In search of a Bright Future, Mr. Vegas finds the key that will lead him to his African love, Yemi Alade. The Jamaican deejay and Nigerian singer’s collaboration on this peppy Afropop beat makes for a sweet melodic listening experience and must-have for your playlist. Demarco – Life

In this emotional release produced by Sponge Music, Demarco declares he’d sell any asset and spend any amount of money to bring his loved ones back to life. “If we could ah bye life, all ah mi thugs dem weh gone would ah deh yah by right…” he sings in his lyrics.
