Despite asserting that she and London On Da Track have a strictly platonic and professional relationship, Shenseea and the American producer made a grand entrance at her Jamaican album launch last night at the Romeich Entertainment Headquarters in Kingston.

To top things off, the producer presented her with a diamond necklace, bearing her Shenyeng logo, in front of the hundreds of attendees, which included other entertainers, and government ministers.

DancehallMag got a firsthand, up-close look at the two, who were side by side in the VIP area, while she did her media interviews. When asked by her manager, Romeich Major if London would be willing to speak, he said, “only two people a do interview tonight; me and Shenseea.”

Clad in full black, London observed, and occasionally paced back and forth as the Trending Gyal singer sought to get through all the journalists present.

On a recent interview with The Breakfast Club, the 25-year-old Jamaican entertainer rubbished claims that she was romantically involved with the popular producer, although they were seen on multiple occasions together, first in studio, then candle shopping and then at the Super Bowl in February.

“London is a cool dude to me. We have been working together making music,” she said of London, who co-produced the song Can’t Anymore on her album.

Meanwhile, Romeich was almost lost for words at the success of Shenseea’s debut album. He explained that he invested millions into the marketing of the project, and he does not regret it.

“Oh God, man! Mi proud wid tears. Mi proud wid tears man. A pure greatness,” he told DancehallMag.

“Yuh know people praise mi but when you have a good product and a good talent, it easier fi you. We go hard. We nuh second thought. If we a move, we just move hard and done. That a the thing while mi always win. Mi nuh cheap it out. Mi just go full speed.”

ALPHA made its debut on March 11 via Rich Immigrants/Interscope. It soared to the pole position on the US iTunes Reggae Albums chart.
