Ding Dong, Safaree Turn Up The Vibes In Video For ‘New Dip’: Watch

The dance maestro Ding Dong is back with a new Dancehall party tune, this time with two accomplices, American rapper Safaree and dancer sensation Pata Skeng.  Together, the trio brought the vibes and riveting dance moves for their new track New Dip.

Produced by Romeich Entertainment and Khalfani Records, the track debuted on November 30 with accompanying visuals courtesy of African Kydd.  Shot on ground zero in the Craig Town district in Kingston city, scores of community members and resident dancers came out to support.

Ding Dong in true choreographer mode, lays down the directives for the new dance in the song, “Now Pata wid di ‘new dip’, dancing sick, lead by a mile like a jockey wid a whip”.

Pata Skeng then unleashes the New Dip dance move, agilely bending low and maneuvering into a racehorse jockey stance, while throwing around his hand in a whipping motion.

Safaree, who is quite the showpiece, gets right into the mix and flexes his smooth delivery of the New Dip and other dances like the Bruk Up. Ding Dong, refusing to be outdone, joins in for an exciting dance-off.

It’s not all dancing for Safaree, the rapper who is of Jamaican descent, picks up the verses halfway through the track and dropped some not too shabby deejaying bars.

This time last year Ding Dong teamed up with Shaggy and NeYo for their Christmas issue, Holiday In Jamaica – a bouncy island tune to again set off a party vibe. The fans are loving the deejay’s consistency in his seasonal deliveries.

“New Dancehall, new dancing= new Christmas banger. Ding Dong never disappoints his fans whenever he drops a song. Dancehall nice again this Christmas, new dipped,” said one fan.

Others agreed the Ravers Clavers trailblazer has yet to disappoint with his party bangers. “Ding dong you never disappoint your fans with great dancing keep up the good work,” and “Ding dong never disappoint his fans yet. Who agree dancing time .”

Another said, “This is dancehall…. this is the welcome to Jamaica … kids dancing have fun… real vybes…. its a joy to see who[le] community involved.     🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲.”
