If you’re not familiar with who Atlas, Spot, and Handle are then it’s about time you got acquainted.

They are the Boston Dynamics’ humanoid, canine, and logistics robots respectively, and even though they are some of the most intelligent androids you will find on the market today, not a lot of people know that they also have a flair for dancing.

In celebration of the upcoming New Year, Boston Dynamics, an engineering and robotics design company, released a pretty impressive video of their robots dancing in complete unison to The Contours’ Do You Love Me.

Well, it didn’t take long for the video to transition over to the Dancehall showground where the bots were reimagined working it out to Ding Dong’s, Genna Bounce.

The modified clip by Twitter user @marisadaddy shows Atlas and Handle executing rhythmic bounces while twisting their legs and eventually their bodies to the beat. Soon enough, Spot joins them, and all three break out into the ‘running man.’ They proceed with a stealthy choreography that includes jumps, spins, steps, and stretches with impressive accuracy and in rhythm to the tune of the song.

The original video is currently trending No. 1 on YouTube worldwide, prompting a random request from what could only be a Dancehall enthusiast: “Someone put the genna bounce over this video.”

An hour later the re-worked version appeared with the backing of Ding Dong’s very popular 2018 hit single, which features Bravo.

It doesn’t seem as if the deejay has caught wind of his musical assist on the revised Boston Dynamics dance video. The last we saw, he was in the studio with fellow Dancehall artiste Jah Cure making new music; a track dubbed, Watch A Style Yah.
