Aidonia Dropped Two New Tracks, ‘Peppa Sauce’ And ‘Me Nuh Care’ On Christmas Day

Popular dancehall artiste Aidonia dropped new tracks, titled ‘Me Nuh Care’ and ‘Peppa Sauce’ and they’re getting a lot of attention.  The Jamaican singer released the tracks on his VEVO page on YouTube they have racked up almost 200,000 streams combined.

Me Nuh Care describes a ruthless killer, who just kills without even thinking twice. Some of the lyrics, “Mi no care if yu ave Zoso in a yu place mi still a com bus de 4-4 ina yu face. Gun ina han, gun ina han.”  Fan reactions to the short track, which runs just under 2 minutes, were mixed with supporters praising the lyrics of the new banger while critics blasted Aidonia’s seemingly repetitive and predictable flow.

“Honestly this song have some lyrics but aidonia could of done a lot more better.”, said one fan. “Me rate donia and genasyde but me listen dah song deh an figet it aready, not saying the song nuh have lyrics it has lyrics but it just plain and predictable”, added another.

One fan defended the artiste saying, “this is how u know ppl bias….how can you be tired of the man flow…..when this is his 2nd/3rd song since he took a year off….chronic law sound the same inna all a him song dem..ppl huh say nuttin…all koffee sound the same in her songs”

Fans have been wondering whether the Sikka Rymes and Vybz Kartel team up in ‘Dem A Ask’ was intended as a diss to Aidonia. In the track, Rymes says “Seh dem a leader mi seet seh dem lame/ Nine months fi buil a song dat shame/”, a possible reference Aidonia’s slow paced approach to dancehall music releases.

Peppa Sauce shows another side of what the artiste has to offer.  Aidonia describes the pepper sauce in a unique way. Talking about his clothes, and how hot he looks, before he even removes the sauce from the bottle. “Mi nuh wear fruit a de loom, dat a no me likkle yout dat a you, Gal say mi hot from mi suit to mi boot an mi hot like peppa dat a de truth”, he sings.
