Govana – I Am

When a group of inner-city kids from the NKFC Juniors Football Club wanted to meet their favorite artist, Govana, he decided what better way to do so than with a well-deserved day at Hope Zoo. The RD Studio directed-video I Am captures the Dancehall star surprising the boys with ‘I Am’ merch and spending the day chatting, visiting the animals, playing football, eating and more – watch.

Alkaline – Weekend

Produced by Autobamb Records, this one takes us through the ‘Weekend’ with Dancehall artist Alkaline. It’s a time to look back on all he has accomplished and bask in his success – a shot of rum, good music, “ganja in a bag” and a designated driver is all he needs, the rest is left to chance.

Demarco – Fallen

Fallen Solider deejay Demarco bares his vulnerabilities in a new visualizer for Fallen, off this Melody album. He’s hung up on this one girl and can’t seem to shake her but she continues to play with his emotions. “My girl you wicked and evil, gyal you make me a question mi love making, why you gotta bruise my ego,” he sings after painting a picture of her wilding in the club with another man.

The Shane Creative-directed video portrays his words as the cameras capture his “rich bad” lifestyle.

I Octane – Sorry

Sorry is Octane’s first single from his upcoming album, I Am Great.  “I am far from perfect and in my life, I’ve hurt a lot of people. Being a celebrity puts you under the spotlight and, compared to others, if I do something that might be perceived as wrong, it’s under a telescope and goes viral on blogs and social media. So I guess if the disrespect is loud, then I wanted to make the apology louder. Using my craft, this is just my way of saying sorry to whom it may concern. Music has always been the soundtrack to my life,” the singjay told the Observer.

Teebone – Talky Talky

10Tik comes from a place where loyalty is life – “A one link from morning light, fully four corners.” His cronies are on the sidelines, always geared and ready to fight his battles. The Hybrid Media-directed video sees him in sketchy situation and escaping a close call with the cops but his innocence still appears questionable.

Konshens, Alandon – Par

Konshens relates how a gyallis like himself juggles the ladies. For Aladon, he’s just thankful to be around the likes of Konshens who he says has “skill like Christiano and Messi.” The PantaSon Music-produced track is one of several featured Dancehall songs on the Domino Riddim.

Squash – Ready

The 6ix Boss Squash is back to let his haters know he’s still flossing and enjoying his rich lifestyle in the new single Ready. He’s not short of money or ladies in the JB Visual music video, and by the looks of it – Squash dancing in a bear costume – he hasn’t lost his fun side either.

Jah Vinci – Gone Away

It’s too late for Jah Vinci in this new single Gone Away. He’s lost the love of his life and it doesn’t seem like there’s anything he can do to get her back. “She pack up and gone away. Mi ignore the signs in your eyes. True money ah make mi think you alright. Now she pack up and gone and mi nuh have a choice …” he sings in the verses.

Jafrass – Can’t Get Enough

Jafrass yields to temptation in his release Cant Get Enough while revealing his risqué love affair with an uninhibited female who is “longing for love.” The song arrives on the Passion Riddim to detail more of their secret encounters and ensuing entanglement.
