Grand Theft Auto (GTA) Online launched its new expansion The Contract this week and songs from Dancehall’s very own, Popcaan, Likkle Addi, and Likkle Vybz were added to the game’s playlist.

Popcaan’s hit single Body So Good and Likkle Vybz and Likkle Addi’s well-received Skinny Jeans were added to the now 76-track playlist.

Released in 2018, Body So Good was the first single from Popcaan’s Forever album.  The song was produced by Dre Skull, who had also executive produced the album.  Likkle Vybz and Likkle Addi’s Skinny Jeans was released in 2019 and later received a remix for the duo’s 10 track Skinny Jeans EP, released in early 2020.

The duo are the eldest sons of incarcerated Dancehall star Vybz Kartel, while Popcaan got his big break while affiliated with Kartel’s Portmore Empire.

The Contract playlist includes music from the likes of 2Pac, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Migos, Future, Saweetie, Travis Scott, Kodak Black, and brand new tracks from Dr. Dre, plus a radio station, Motomami Los Santos hosted by Venezuelan and Spanish duo Rosalía and Arca.

As part of The Contract’s storyline, players will have to track down new music from Dr. Dre, plus six other previously unheard tracks that feature collaborations with music heavyweights Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, Ty Dolla $ign, Nipsey Hustle, and Anderson .Paak.

The new radio station Motomami Los Santos with hosts Rosalía and longtime Rockstar collaborator Arca will play everything from Popcaan and the GAZA prodigies’ music to Caroline Polachek and Daddy Yankee, and features Rosalía’s new The Weeknd-featuring single La Fama and an exclusive track from Bad Gyal.

The GTA expansion also updated two of its existing stations, with Big Boy’s Radio Los Santos getting a clutch of exclusive tracks while DJ Pooh’s West Coast Classics celebrates “Dre Day” via a takeover featuring classic Dr. Dre cuts and collabs with legends 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige and Jay-Z. As well as the music, the radio show will feature call-ins from some of Dre’s friends and collaborators.

Elsewhere in the game, players have the chance to hear previously unreleased Dr. Dre material by completing a series of challenges.

GTA Online: The Contract launched on December 15 and is available for free to all GTA V owners.
