Bob Marley’s Legend Billboard No. 1 For 71 Weeks

Even with a number of new albums released in the last month Legend: The Best Of Bob Marley And The Wailers remain the No. 1 album on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart for 71 weeks in a row.

Legend was first released over 30 years ago in 1984, and still manages to move enough units every week to place it at the top of Billboard Reggae Album chart, beating out dozens of newer Dancehall and Reggae titles.

Meanwhile, in Jamaica and the Caribbean, on the World Music Views chart Ambition by Yaksta comes in at No. 5, while Roll Deep by 10Tik stands at No. 4.

Last week’s top trending song Go Down Deh by Spice, Shaggy, and Sean Paul slips to No. 3 in Jamaica and No. 2 in the Cayman Islands.

After releasing his sophomore album Top Prize, Hostage by Alkaline is at No. 2 in Jamaica, and Crocodile Teeth powered by a remix with Nicki Minaj on her Beam Me Up Scotty Mixtape is at No. 1 in Jamaica, Cayman, Barbados, and No. 2 in Trinidad and Tobago.

Pablo by Prince Swanny is No. 1 in Trinidad and Tobago.

Meanwhile globally, Lut Gaye by Jubin is the top YouTube song with 42M streams.

B*tch I’m back by Sidhu Moose Walla is top buzzing in Canada.

Good For You by Olivia Rodrigo is top buzzing in the UK and the US and the top song in the US is Rapstar by Polo G.

On the Rolling Stones Chart, My Life by J.Cole, 21 Savage and Morray is No. 1 and on the Billboard Hot 100, Leave the Door Open by Silk Sonic is the top song.

A Gangster’s Pain by MoneyBagg Yo is the top album on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
