Bobby Shmurda Claps Back At Trolls After Alleged ‘White Girlfriend’ Makes Debut With Skillibeng Song
Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda is clapping back at Twitter trolls who gave him heat for supposedly dating a Caucasian woman.
The woman, TikTok personality, Lilly (@badgrl_lilly), a dancer at a gentlemen’s club, Headlights GRANBY in Virginia, kicked off the firestorm when she shared several videos with Shmurda and his crew, including one which was set to the soundtrack of Dancehall artist Skillibeng’s Crocodile Teeth.
A ShadeRoom post of the clip featuring Skillibeng‘s hit song has been viewed almost three million times.
However, Bobby took to Instagram Live and used the Shaggy defense, saying that he was not the person pictured in the black hoodie, who was sharing smooches with Lilly.
“It was not me!!” the rapper said. “That is the homeboy’s joint, bro.”
Shmurda added that while he was not affected by “rumors,” he doesn’t condone racial slurs towards anyone. “That bashing and racist sh-t isn’t cool,” he said.
The videos shared by Lilly show her hanging with Shmurda and his GS9 crew as they par and hit the studio. According to Hollywood Unlocked, the dancer appears to be the girl that offered him a drink, during his homecoming party in New York, which he politely refused due to him being on parole.
Lilly was also reportedly present during Bobby’s GQ interview with Quavo recently.

With speculation running wild, it wasn’t long after that Bobby was trolled online with many debating why he had allegedly chosen to date a white woman.
One person tweeted, “bobby shmurda dating a yt woman doesn’t sit right with me.”
Another chimed in, “I think Bobby Shmurda getting a white woman straight out of jail is great. I’m glad they are accepting the felons at their lowest and giving them new experiences.” Then someone else said, “bobby shmurda is trending purely bc people mocking him for having a white girlfriend… society move in reverse.”

Bobby asked the trolls to cease fire, “Don’t do that, c’mon bro …I’m tryna be nice. I’m tryna stay as a nice guy. I’m on parole but you want me to wild the f-ck out. It’s like they want me to wild the f-ck out, I ain’t gonna wild the f-ck out.”
“Y’all got to be careful with what y’all saying to people. … Shaming the girl and all that,” he said.
Bobby admits that he didn’t know she was taking videos of him, and at times thought she was snapping photos but was willing to make it slide. He expressed his disappointment with Lilly for leaking the footage.
“Even though she did some corny shit, sometimes that’s what people do. You let that shit slide. You let it ride and keep going.”
Since his release from federal prison in February, Bobby has been back on the hip-hop and Brooklyn drill scene after a 6-year hiatus and is currently working on his debut studio album.
Crocodile Teeth currently stands at 17 million views on YouTube since its October 2020 release. Earlier this month, Shmurda, who has a strong connection to Jamaica, was seen partying to one of Skilli’s more recent releases, 2Gyal.
