Rah Ali says she has receipts, and not the kind anyone wants to see. In a new open letter, the former Love and Hip Hop personality claims she holds “actual proof” that Nicki Minaj intends to destroy what she is building, pointing to things the rapper allegedly wrote and said to her directly.
The bigger accusation is about where the theft story came from. Rah says Nicki “instructed a YouTuber to spread lies accusing me of stealing $30 million from her,” a claim she calls “complete and utter lies.
Her logic is simple. There is no way someone can steal millions of dollars in the United States without so much as being questioned, charged or arrested,” she wrote, and so far no criminal charges against Rah tied to these claims have been verified.
The money story has grown fast. In October 2025, Nicki alleged that several people had racked up roughly $25,000 in unauthorized charges on her American Express card, and blogger Tasha K later circulated allegations involving Rah.

Nicki never publicly named Rah as a suspect back then. Somewhere between that first claim and now, the online version of the story ballooned from a $25,000 card issue to a $30 million heist.
Rah admits people told her to stay quiet. As someone in media, I understand that addressing accusations can give them more attention,” she wrote, but she says the fallout has gone well past gossip, including threats against her life and her children from Nicki’s fan base.
What worries her most is the quieter damage. She points to the people “who won’t comment publicly or post on social media, but whom I have to face and conduct business with,” adding that her reputation and livelihood are on the line.
This is a sharp turn for a friendship that once looked bulletproof. Rah says they met around 2016, and she became known as Nicki’s ride or die, especially after the chaotic 2018 New York Fashion Week clash with Cardi B, when Nicki publicly credited Rah with physically stepping in.

It is also not the first time Rah has gone public. In her October 2025 letter, she told Nicki to “show the evidence or apologize instead of sensationalizing headlines,” and urged her to “get offline and seek help. Reclaim your peace, your time, and your crown.”
From Nicki’s side, the public record is thin. She has not substantiated the allegations implicating Rah, and the newest accusation that she personally directed a YouTuber remains Rah’s word against hers for now.
Some readers see the letter as a last attempt to clear the air between old friends. Others read it as groundwork for a lawsuit, especially with Rah repeatedly stressing that she has proof in writing.
If she actually puts that evidence out, the conversation shifts from fan wars to something far more serious. For now, the ball sits with Nicki, and the internet is watching her timeline.
