CD Banging Ready To Drop ‘McNab Road’ Debut Album

Dancehall artiste CD Banging is ecstatic that his debut album, McNab Road, is now a reality.

“It is a really good album with a lot of lovely songs and guest appearances. The title of the album is inspired by my name, Omar McNab, plus I have residence in Florida now and I soon realized that there is a road called ‘McNab Road’ in Fort Lauderdale where I live, so ah just destiny, that was the real concept of how I came up with that title,” CD Banging told Dancehall Mag.

The ‘McNab Road’ album launch is set for July 4th at a venue in Fort Lauderdale in Florida.

This album is a collaboration between indie labels Pandemic Records and Bangology Records. CD Banging is really excited about one song in particular, a tribute to Bounty Killer.

“One of the songs has a Bounty Killer intro, that song is a song made directly to Bounty Killa title, badge of honour to Godzilla, it’s a song that is paying homage to the general Bounty Killa, it also have guests like Shane O, Wasp, General B, Simply Divine, Delly Ranx, Black lion, Kiprich, and Jawdan,” he explained.

Hailing from the Rollington Town, CD Banging attended St Andrew Technical High school and was heavily involved in sports, making the Manning Cup team as a substitute.

When he left school, he decided to be a dancehall deejay, performing under the name Killish.

He scored his first radio hit when he landed a single called Fire, featuring Nadine Sutherland on the Rice ‘n’ Peas rhythm.
