Skeng Shares First Photos Of Son

Dancehall artist Skeng has shared the first glimpses of his baby boy—Kevon Douglas.

The Protocol deejay shared three photos to Instagram on Thursday night (March 16) in full dad mode—a refreshing contrast to his usual thought-provoking antics.

The first slide sees the 22-year-old passing the baby to his mother as he sits on the bonnet of a white BMW, while the other two slides showcase fond moments between the father and son.

Skeng’s girlfriend, on the other hand, has been eager to encourage fans to follow the baby’s Instagram page @23babymini. It amassed almost 3500 followers within a couple hours.

It is safe to assume that young Kevon is at least a few months old based on a story post made on his page of him being fed an orange.

“Goodnight guys 🌙, I’m eating my favourite fruit 🍊,” the caption said.

The baby reveal got tons of favorable comments from many who were glad to see the complete nuclear family.

Popular Dancehall producer Rvssian commented, “Dat is it bro.”

“Love how yuh nuh leave out di mada ❤️” @shawna876876 added.

“Congratulations 🎊👏 mi gee 1 family 1 first Lady big up yourself 🔥 👨‍👩‍👦” @1_pryce cheered.

“Yeah man a your youth mouth stay same way,” @omarf3_2 chimed in.

@lattygem however had opposing opinions on who the youngster looks like.

“He looks just like mommy 😍 boy ago get nuff girls when him big lol…He’s cute tho ❤️ #Blessings,” she said.

Skeng was recently freed of charges stemming from an altercation at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston last year.

There are reports that he has inked a deal with Nicki Minaj’s new imprint at Republic Records, but this is not yet confirmed.

Almost two weeks ago, the deejay was photographed with Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne backstage at Rolling Loud California, following the rappers’ performance at Rolling Loud California.

He released his Beast of the Era EP last year, and is known for a slew of hit singles such as the Likkle Miss remix with Nicky Minaj, Protocol, Heaven Passport (with Intence), Gvnman Shift, London, andStreet Cred.
