Skillibeng and American rapper Nardo Wick are prepping the music video for their upcoming collaboration.

The two artists were spotted in several BTS photos on Instagram on Tuesday (January 24) among a camera crew, props, and a few video vixens who will apparently appear in the upcoming visuals.

Skillibeng shared the highlights of the shoot on his IG page with the caption, “Accelerate 🔥🔥🔥,” while tagging Nardo, his tour manager Larry Love and RCA Records’ A&R, Tariq Stewart.

The Brooklyn-bred talent scouter was partly responsible for signing the Crocodile Teeth artist to RCA Records and was also instrumental in his feature on DJ Khaled’s star-studded full-length album God Did.

Stewart told DancehallMag last November that Skilli’s last hit Whap Whap showed that the St. Thomas native could in any direction he desired.

“That was a record where it doesn’t matter where you were at; that was a record that was being played,” Stewart said.

“He’s like a unicorn, it’s like you can’t put him in a box. He could go any range he wants to go whether it’s Drill or Dancehall…whatever it is. Once you give him a beat and he’s catching a vibe from it, he’s gonna go do his thing. He just has something about him: his aura, his presence…just something about him,” he continued.

Nardo, 21, who is also signed to RCA Records, has also been on an upward trajectory since the success of his 2021 breakout track Who Want Smoke, which was later remixed by G Herbo, Lil Durk, and 21 Savage.

Skilli was featured in a cameo with Nardo in the music video for DJ Khaled’s It Ain’t Safe, which also featured Kodak Black, last August.

The track appeared on Khaled’s God Did album, which additionally featured Skillibeng on the These Streets Know My Name with Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Capleton, and Sizzla.

As for what’s next for Skillibeng; the Eastsyde star heads to The Fillmore Philadelphia this Friday, January 27 for a live performance with special guests Roadkode with DJs Trinity and Young Genna.

Next month, the Jamaican star will join R&B sensation Chris Brown on his Under The Influence Tour as a special guest performer. They’ll kick off things in Dublin on February 12 to then tour London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Paris, Zurich, Oberhausen, Berlin, Brussels, Munich, and then wrap up in Amsterdam on March 6.
