Taurus Ink Teams Up With Brownskin Rae For ‘How It Feel’

Dancehall artist Taurus Ink has released a riddim project, Fly The Gate, on his own Taurus Ink Entertainment label. The project features Taurus Ink himself, a promising female dancehall artist Brownskin Rae, as well as emerging artists Zymbal Flames and Tajayice.

“I am really excited about this because it is my first major production, and the feedback has been incredible so far. I went all out for this project and the fans have responded really well to it. I really love being involved in the development and growth of other artistes,” the singjay said.

The project was released via all digital streaming platforms in January this year. The singles are ‘Stronger’ by Taurus Ink, ‘How it Feel’ by Brownskin Rae, Revolution by Zymbal Flames and Switch Up by Tajayice. Each single was released with visuals.

Taurus Ink bankrolled the video for Brownskin Rae’s ‘How It Feel’, which was released on January 26th, and has racked up 45,000 plus views so far.

Although he hasn’t inked a long term recording and production deal with Brownskin Rae, he believes she is destined for huge things in the future.

Jamaican Singer-songwriter Brownskin Rae, whose real name is Rachel Marshall, is making waves with big labels, A & Rs and listeners worldwide. She is also a actress and model who has been featured on Love & Hip Hop.

Taurus Ink, whose real name is Michael Andre Taylor, is known for the single Talk Say Mi Hype and Can’t Get We Out. He attended St Aloysius Primary in Kingston, where he was lead singer of the choir. Later on at Mona High School in St Andrew, he began penning his own lyrics and writing complete songs, before getting his break in the music industry.
