Queen of the Dancehall Spice celebrated the two-year anniversary of Stylo G’s  Dumpling remix music video, which was released on October 28, 2019. The remix, which also features Dancehall superstar Sean Paul, was very popular before and during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an Instagram post on Friday, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star wrote, “We out and bad stunting @officialstylog Big up 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Anywhere mi draw this song a problem @duttypaul”.

Stylo concurred Spice‘s post by simply commenting ‘✊🏾⚠️’.

The fiery official music video for the remix garnered close to three million views on YouTube in just ten days of its release. The video currently has a whopping 57 million on the video-sharing platform.

The heavy bass, interwoven with that hypnotic flute melody, could be heard at Dancehall sessions, parties, and every stage show pre-pandemic, especially if any of the collaborators were booked.

Spice, who arguably has the best and most popular verse of the smash hit, has performed the song to rousing responses occasionally bringing on Stylo G and Sean Paul to perform with her.

This summer, the artist released another popular bop, ‘Go Down Deh’, which features dancehall icons Shaggy and Sean Paul. The song was performed by the trio on US television shows including The Wendy Williams Show and Good Morning America.

The song formed part of Spice’s long-awaited debut album 10, which came out after much fanfare on the performer’s birthday this year, August 6.  Other singles from the album include ‘Send it Up’ and ‘Po – Po’, the latter featuring her son, Nicholas.
