Newcomers 450, 10Tik, Nation Boss, and the Bush Lawd Yaksta have kept the momentum going in brand new releases of their own that are just as solid as their previous hits.

Vybz Kartel – African Summer

Vybz Kartel’s African Summer has left a pretty good impression with the fans already. Still trending for music on YouTubeJM after its release just two days ago, the very entertaining Lagikz Visualz music video presents a skit in a quaint inner-city neighborhood as performers play out a duplicitous plot and dance to Kartel’s lewd lyrics in the song.

450 – Imperfection

Dancehall singer 450 deliberates the woes of his life in this new song Imperfection. Joining the trending few on YouTubeJM, the DamaniacVisualz music video takes audiences to a faraway cottage in the mountains as 450 reveals his deceitful and adulterous ways. He’s by no means perfect he says but the burden of it all is too daunting, so much so that he battles with thoughts of ending his life.

10Tik- The Real Way

Dancehall artist 10Tik is trending for music at no. 6 on YouTubeJM with his newest single The Real Way. Echoing semblances of his previous hit track Roll Deep, the deejay conveys another grim story of life in the inner city. Shot in Kingston Jamaica, the video by 9 Mile Visualz scenarios a hit on 10Tik but he’s one step ahead of his enemies and they take down the wrong guy. “Uno nah go come cry over my grave. Hypocrites stay out a mi way. Mi nuh have fi pretend and play from early out mi make uno know uno naa come smile in a face and as mi move yuh a program mi head.”

TeeJay – Accumulation

Teejay, the Up Top Boss talks about his accumulated stacks of cash in this new release. All “waste man fi move a gweh” he says, pointing out their reckless and irresponsible lifestyle like buying Hennessey every day when they don’t even have a bed to sleep on. But he’s no fool, he’s stacking up the cheddar, “100 milli mi a hunt fa. Millions accumulate. Have a couple things mi nuh do yet. Get you calculator –Maths class – do test!”

Yaksta – Assets (Fowl Coop)

Reminiscing about his childhood growing up in the country, Bush Lawd Yaskta relays lessons coached to him by his mother in this new song. Her words have led him to accomplish a prosperous career raising and selling chickens. As the title states, with his acquisition of “Assets” gained via a “Fowl Coop” he inspires his audience to humble themselves, be smart, and work hard to reap great rewards.

Busy Signal, Bounty Killer – Bang Bung

Bounty Killer reminds us all why he is the undisputed Five Star General in this explosive teaming with Busy Signal. Directed by Warrior Films, the visualizer showcases the two Dancehall stars against a flaming backdrop as they dish their bolstering rhymes to signal their street cred. The track bounces on a dance-effecting beat, while the duo reverberates the hook Bang Bung to spur amplified party vibes, making this one a certified summer banger.

Shane O – On & Off Loyalty

Two-faced friends and cheating wives, Shane O calls a spade a spade pointing out these individuals in his new release On & Off Loyalty. “You a tell me bout you a G for life, a just one heap a lies. Quada – Move On

Locked up in his apartment and toiling with lies his girl has told him, Quada is simply losing his mind in this new release, Move On. He knows she has cheated; “Delete mi number, nuh text mi, nuh stress mi /A big pill you a try gimme, me nuh silly, can’t tell me dah belly deh a fi me,” he says. Even when she comes by to explain herself, an unbending Quada simply shows her the door in the Dark Moon-created music video. Featured on the Standout riddim, the track hit trending on YouTubeJM when it released yesterday.

Nation Boss & Yaksta – Emotions

The track Emotions is a double dose of inspiration from fresh faces, Nation Boss and Yaksta Bush Lawd. Crooning easy words of encouragement, Yaksta says, “When emotions a pass through you, one prayer heal all those wounds. Just remember Jah Jah feels your pain.” Nation Boss joins with a similar uplifting message, “When the skies not blue me need you, don’t give up too soon.
