Dancehall star Spice locked down Club Vibes in Panama City, Florida with a scintillating two-hour performance chock full of her high-energy Dancehall hits on Saturday.

In a commanding performance at the packed venue, she interacted with fans, and was obviously having a great time as she dished out numerous hits like So Mi Like It, Ramping Shop, Tables Turn, Romantic Mood, Needle Eye, and Back Way.

Fans barely gave the entertainer a chance to deliver her lines, as they took over —completely singing verse for verse the lyrics to hits like her 2011 banger Jim Screechy.

At one point, Spice stopped to ‘reason’ with her fans about Dancehall’s popularity in overseas markets.

“JB [Jermaine Baker], when yu call mi booking agent, you say nothing nah too gwaan over here, yu gimme the show fi lickle bit of money, mi waan more money!” she declared as a wave of laughter rippled through the crowd.

“JB, look pon mi fans and tell me now, look how the b—c—t club ram. How dem say dancehall nuh big ova yah? Dancehall nuh big over ya?” she asked the fans who shouted an emphatic ‘yes!’.

“Watch b—c—-t this!” she warned, then the deejay in the booth dropped the Dumpling Remix while Spice played ‘hype man’, dancing to the dancing while the whole club sang the lyrics in one clear voice.

Jermaine Baker, the promoter of the event, was effusive in his praise for Spice’s performance.

“The club was packed, Spice gave a mad performance, perhaps the best ever by a male or female artiste in Panama City. Her fans came out, hundreds of people were jam packed in the club, all COVID-19 protocols observed. She performed for two hours, she stood up on stage and delivered. The club normally lock 4 and the show was going so well that she performed until 4:40 p.m., the fans had a great time,” Baker told DancehallMag.

Baker, the head of JB Production Worldwide, praised the So Mi Like It singer as being “very professional”.

“We’re looking forward to another show with her in the future,” he said.

On the rise Dancehall singer Tashina Muzik opened up the show for Spice with songs such as Best Love, a collaboration with Vybz Kartel, Nuh Regular, and My Time. She got a big ovation from the females with the Best Love song in particular which has almost 80,000 streams on Spotify. Tashina Muzik is signed to Baker’s JB Productions, a record label he started in early 2019, and which has impressively scored hits with Vybz Kartel, the latest, It’s Sin racking up over a million hits last year.

Meanwhile, a delighted Spice who posted a clip from the event on her Instagram page, thanked fans for their support.

“This unu hate mi fah, it’s ok to be hot for 2-5 years but I’m hot for 20 years now so let’s sit and talk about that 🖕🏿. You don’t have to give me my flowers 💐 I did this shit with no Major support and yes I’m proud of my own self,” she wrote.

“My fans know my songs from over a decade ago 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 When your fans grow with you from hungry days theirs a huge difference when you win together✊🏿 Besties I love you all so much 💙 We got this, ” she added.
