Govana Teams Up With Xtassi Again For ‘Best Friend’: Watch

Dancehall deejay Govana teamed up with singjay Xtassi for another collaboration titled Best Friend.

Best Friend‘s new visuals, by Kingpride Productions and RDStudios, were released today and shows Govana overseas, while Xtassi delivers the saucy chorus from a beach in Jamaica. “My love, my best friend, tek it out c– pon mi breast them // Bad Gyal mi set trend, know yuh rich but mi independent,” she sings.

The duo previously teamed up for That Mi Like Hear in 2020 and Xtassi assisted with guest vocals on 2018’s truth-seeker Stop Tell Lie.

Cut on Grammy-winning producer DJ Frass’ airy Sun Roof Riddim, the single was released on April 2 alongside Shenseea and Moyann’s No Limit, TeeJay’s Yaad Man Thing, Tarrus Riley’s Like That, and Jahmiel’s Live It Up.
