A loquacious Tory Lanez has spilled the beans on his version of what really happened the night he allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion. Several of his fans however are understandably still skeptical, but it seems Dancehall singer, Jada Kingdom has his back.

The Canadian rapper went live on Instagram on Tuesday night to proclaim his innocence for the first time and to make it clear that the allegations made by Stallion back in July were in fact false information. “It’s falsified information …and its not accurate information,” he said. “I don’t ever wanna come off like I’m here to bash this girl or I’m here to talk down about this girl or ever be at a place where, like, I’m disrespecting her, because to me, as a person, she’s still my friend. No matter what … even if she doesn’t look at me like that … I look at her like she’s still my friend,” he continued.

The Who Needs Love rapper (né Daystar Peterson) in his rant, raised many eyebrows and triggered plenty of backlash, but it appeared several of his die-hard peeps were in his corner. He even pulled on the heartstrings of a few female fans including Mumma Heavy herself.

Jada was spotted in his feed reacting to several of his statements. While he addressed his felony charges and the incident with Megan, one of Jada’s responses read, “THANK YOU FOR BEING STRONG FOR US! (purple heart).

She continued repping for Nigeria, in clear support of the SARS protests as  Tory closed his Live by bringing awareness to the suffering of his people.  He reminded his over 200k viewers at the time that they all in some way were linked to the motherland.

Jada would chime in again, “PRAY FOR NIGERIA!! .. #ENDSARSNOW,” the slogan on her current IG and Twitter profile pics.

Jada’s support for Tory however, didn’t go unnoticed, especially by her fellow Jamaicans. The Dancehall vixen is now under fire and the brunt of a series of jokes online, being continuously referred to as a “Yamhead.”

It appears Jada’s blunder leaches even deeper and Foota Hype seems to have the ‘word on the street.’ In a now-deleted Instagram video, the selector audaciously called on the Banana singer or her manager to set egos aside and contact him right away, insinuating that he had some inside scoop to share on the matter.

With all the banter that’s been circulating online, Jada is yet to publicly respond to any of the backlash or Foota’s request it appears.

It’s been twelve days now after Lanez was charged with shooting Megan Thee Stallion this summer. Lanez, 28, denies legal wrongdoing on his part and referred to the shooting as a “debacle” and that the only people who really know what happened were him and Meg. Although according to several sources a friend of MTS plus Lanez’ chauffeur were also present when the gun went off during the argument.

Megan has also caught wind of Tory’s recent vent on Twitter, she reacted saying the guy is “genuinely crazy.”

Tory was ordered to stay away from Stallion after the hearing on the felony assault charges.
