Beenie Man Says D’Angel Didn’t Have To Join OnlyFans

Veteran Dancehall deejay Beenie Man has opened up about his relationship with ex-wife D’Angel, including the leak of her OnlyFans photos and their impact on their teenaged son, Marco Dean.

During an interview with popular YouTube channel Teach Dem, Beenie was first asked whether his marrying D’Angel, who was Bounty Killer’s ex-girlfriend, was a spiteful move during their feud to get back at the Warlord as many people think.

Beenie responded, “Dat nuh have nutn fi do wid me an wah people wah seh. People cyah tell me who fi like. People cyah tell me who fi deh wid.”

“Me and Michelle ah still yuh know…ah Marco Dean mother and she’s the first girl seh me ah even get married to..so mi respect har to be the mom that she is to my son.”

Beenie then described how they met and how he encouraged D’Angel’s start in the music business by producing her collaboration with Vybz Kartel titled Baby Father, just after she gave birth to Marco. “I do the video everything, I direct the video,” Beenie added.

But the host hardly seemed satisfied, and pressed, “Why di marriage mash up doh Beenie?”

“Tings happen. I need not to say anything more, tings happen,” was the terse reply from the veteran. Further on, he added “If me and my woman ah guh fight, me rather leff. It was definitely going there. So mi siddung an mi think seh, chop off har head or go through the door? Go through the door work betta.”

However, the two remain friends and he says he even reached out regarding her recent OnlyFans fiasco as it pertains to the impact on their teenaged son, Marco.

“She supposed to think bout that, I can’t tell har fi think bout har yute,” Beenie Man said of D’Angel’s move to join the platform.  “Me and har talk bout it, yuh know…cah mi call har and ask har dat and she ah seh she haffi do this and do that…she neva have to do that, but she did it.”

In July, D’Angel through her lawyer issued a cease-and-desist notice after several nude photos of the 42-year-old were leaked from the platform.

The singer, yesterday, was thankful for the support received from her OnlyFans subscribers while shopping for a Porsche.

When asked whether Marco will face teasing at school, Beenie responded that his son attends Hillel High which he considers “a safe environment” where his son will not be harassed.

“If him did still a go Ardenne, mi know him would have a problem cause dem yute deh cruel,” Beenie said.  “Dem school deh different. Marco Dean is in a safe environment when it comes to school. Nuh think bout di yute dem cause dem yute deh will protect him more than him mother.”
