Premiere: New Trailer For The ‘Dancehall Divas’ Reality Show

Dancehall Divas, the reality TV series, is finally gearing up to debut their new show. The producers have released the highly anticipated trailer today giving audiences a taste of all the drama that’s about to come.

The all-female cast that features Danielle D.I., Sexii Peppa, Simma, Juicee Bunny, Sky Hollywood, and Barbie Dolly were on display as several scenes took us through heated spats, classy dining, an onslaught of tears, and of course an epic glass toss.

Dancehall Divas is touted as the world’s first dancehall lifestyle reality series that will platform personalities from a few popular dancehall subcultures. These in particular respectively reign from Kingston Jamaica, Toronto, New York, and London.

Viewers can expect a similar landscape as the Love and Hip Hop chain where dancehall elite Spice is currently casted in the ATL franchise.

The first season of the show sees 10 episodes, inclusive of a reunion staging that are completed, packed and sealed for delivery, however, the release date is still unknown but is scheduled and coming this fall.

The Dancehall Divas series is directed and produced by Heather Elliott-Whitehead along with LHDT Film & Production. In a previous press release, the airing of the show was scheduled exclusively on CEEN TV (Caribbean Entertainment Everyday Network), an international network of Sportsmax Limited, which is a subsidiary of the Digicel Group, as well as Amazon Prime Video.

Last night, the ladies hosted a live virtual party via Zoom dubbed Stronger Together in association with Ciroc Vodka with a special guest appearance from the ‘Lady of Dancehall’ D’Angel plus other celebrity friends of the Dancehall Divas.

D’Angel’s single Give Thanks is also the soundtrack for the new trailer, which you can watch below.
