Shenseea Celebrates ‘Lighter’ Hitting 20 Million Views With Fun Dance Routine
Dancehall princess Shenseea has had an incredible year despite COVID-19 and it seems that there’s no stopping her. She’s hit one milestone after another, and this time, it’s her and rebel-Rasta Tarrus Riley‘s Lighter that is once again in the spotlight.
From the moment the banger and chemistry-filled track dropped, it’s been blazing up the place, starting off securing the No. 1 spot on several Caribbean iTunes Reggae charts, from Jamaica to Barbados. The Rvssian-produced collaboration, which was released on August 28, 2020, appears on Riley’s 12-track album, Healing.
To date, Lighter continues to make waves, reaching 20 million views on YouTube.
Just recently, Shenseea posted on IG this feat with a dance routine to back it up.
Teaming up with dancer Toni O’Meally aka Happy Feet, the Good Comfort singer, with the perfect backdrop and clad in Rasta-colored tops, performed a delightful choreography to Lighter.

Always fronting that she can’t dance, Shenseea didn’t disappoint.
Fans were feeling what she presented and shared their varying comments in response to the video. The congratulations poured in.

‘Lighter’ is not at the top by mistake. The combination of Shenseea and Tarrus Riley’s incredible vocals and hot visuals is simply captivating. This will not be the last chart-topping track for Shenseea as she will no doubt continue to keep the fire burning.
Meanwhile, two of their young fans impressed when they recreated the opening sequence of the Lighter visuals for Hallowen.
Both Shenseea and Tarrus reshared the photo and video of the kids, who Tarrus dubbed Lil Singy and Lil Shen.
Shenseea and United States-based singer Masego released a spicy Silver Tongue Devil music video, which premiered on YouTube on October 29, 2020. The video was shot in Kingston, Shenseea got her twerk on and Masego couldn’t hide his blush with the vibe Shenseea brought.
