The number on 50 Cent’s newest lawsuit might look familiar to anyone tracking his beef with Rick Ross.
He’s seeking at least $6 million from Tia Kemp, Ross’ ex, which matches the figure he ended up owing another mother of one of Ross’ children years ago.
According to Billboard, which obtained the complaint, Curtis Jackson filed the federal suit in Los Angeles on October 26.
He brought it on behalf of his 14-year-old son Sire, identified as S.J., with claims of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
His legal team accuses Kemp of inventing a medical diagnosis for Sire and posting sexually degrading claims about the boy’s mother, Daphne Joy. The filing says she kept posting after receiving a cease-and-desist letter.
The lawyers were careful to separate the alleged insult from the condition itself. “But autism is not shameful,” they wrote, in a line quoted by Billboard.
This isn’t the first legal move in the fight. A separate Florida petition, first reported by TMZ, seeks an injunction against Kemp over alleged cyberstalking.
50 had already gone public about it on Instagram. “This is the greatest example of bullying a minor saying he is on the spectrum,” he wrote. He added that he has friends whose children are on the spectrum and that the subject was no joke.
Kemp’s side of the story starts somewhere else. She shares a son, William Roberts III, with Ross, and her comments about Sire came after 50 publicly mocked William over an alleged attack on him.

50 clowned William for calling the police and used the moment to dig up Ross’ old job as a correctional officer. He also offered the accused attacker help with bond and a lawyer, though it was never confirmed that he paid anything.
Kemp hasn’t answered Billboard’s request for comment. On TikTok, though, she told him plainly that he couldn’t bully her.
It’s a sharp turn from June 2025, when 50 shared an Instagram clip of Kemp complaining about people comparing her to cats.
He paired it with a talk show pitch, suggesting she could replace Wendy Williams, putting her outspoken persona at the center of yet another chapter in his Ross feud.
Then there’s the history. Lastonia Leviston, who shares a daughter with Ross, won a privacy case against 50 over a sex video featuring her and a former boyfriend that circulated in 2009, with 50 appearing as his character Pimpin’ Curly and taunting Ross.

Jurors first awarded Leviston $5 million. 50 filed for bankruptcy on July 13, 2015, before they added $2 million in punitive damages, and the later bankruptcy agreement set her claim at $6 million.
At a July 2016 hearing, Judge Ann Nevins asked if he understood he’d still owe Leviston even if he sought bankruptcy protection again.
“That’s not gonna happen,” 50 told her, according to The Associated Press. This time, he’s the one asking a court for the money.
