When 50 Cent’s lawyers sent Tia Kemp a cease-and-desist letter, she allegedly posted part of it online with a three-word reply: “F u and ya lawyers.”
Now the rapper has gone to a judge, asking for a court order to stop Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend from what he describes as the cyberstalking of his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
According to TMZ’s report published Monday (Oct. 26), Fif claims Kemp has been repeatedly posting nasty comments about Sire online. The filing says she has called the teenager “slow” and claimed he is on the autism spectrum.
The allegations go further than name-calling. 50 claims Kemp has posted images of Sire next to sexually explicit photos of a woman, possibly implying it is Sire’s mother, Daphne Joy. Joy is not named in the documents.
The complaint points to four separate online publications where Kemp allegedly disparaged Sire. One of them was an Oct. 25 interview in which she reportedly called him “slow” again and claimed he “can’t talk.”
In the court papers, the Power franchise creator says Kemp’s actions have caused his son humiliation, embarrassment and emotional distress. He argues the harassment will keep going unless a court steps in.

50 is asking for an immediate injunction barring Kemp from harassing, stalking or cyberstalking Sire, and wants that order made permanent after a hearing.
Kemp isn’t backing down. She posted a TikTok video accusing 50 of starting the feud with her in the first place, then getting upset once she turned the disrespect back on him and his son. She called him “15 Cent” and vowed to keep coming at him despite the legal action.
“Don’t play with me about your lawyers,” she said in the clip, adding, “You can’t bully me.” For Kemp, the framing is simple: 50 threw the first punch and doesn’t like getting hit back.
That argument lands in a long, messy history. 50 Cent and Rick Ross have been trading shots for well over a decade, and 50 has made a habit of trolling Ross and people around him online.

Kemp, a comedian who shares a son with Ross, has become one of the louder voices in that orbit, regularly firing back at Fif on social media.
Where the internet sees a rap beef spilling over, 50’s filing draws a clear line around a minor. His argument isn’t about who said what first between grown adults. It’s about a 14-year-old being mocked publicly and allegedly paired with explicit images.
XXL reached out to 50 Cent’s rep for comment. For now, Kemp’s TikTok response suggests the posts aren’t stopping on their own, and the next move belongs to a judge.
