Phyno is going back to October. The rapper has picked October 30, 2026 as the release date for his next album, Let That Sink In, which lands almost exactly two years after Full Time Job arrived on October 4, 2024.

He also didn’t make anyone wait for the guest list. Seyi Vibez, Wande Coal, Oxlade, Lojay, Fireboy DML, Chike and Jeriq are all confirmed, according to NotJustOk, which reported the announcement.

NotJustOk frames the project as Phyno’s return to rap with a studio album. For an artist who built his name rapping in Igbo, that framing matters to the people who have followed him since No Guts No Glory in 2014.

Look closer at the features, though, and a second reading of the rollout opens up. Most of the names on that list are singers first.

Fireboy DML, Oxlade, Lojay, Chike and Wande Coal all made their names on melody, which suggests the album could lean as hard on hooks as it does on bars.

That isn’t new territory for Phyno. His catalogue has always mixed tough verses with radio friendly choruses.

His joint project 2 Kings with Olamide in 2015 showed how comfortably he moves between rap and the wider Afrobeats lane.

Jeriq is the name hardcore rap fans will probably zero in on. He comes from the same Eastern scene as Phyno and shares his habit of switching into Igbo. A track between the two could feel like a conversation between generations of Eastern rap.

Seyi Vibez brings a different energy entirely. His street hop sound has pulled a huge young audience in recent years. Pairing him with Phyno puts two very different ideas of Nigerian street music on the same record.

Then there’s Wande Coal, whose 2009 debut Mushin 2 Mo’Hits shaped a lot of the melodic Afrobeats that came after it.

Placing him on the same project as Fireboy DML, who came up through Olamide’s YBNL label, gives the tracklist a quiet thread connecting different eras of the scene.

Phyno has also chosen to show his hand early. Revealing the title, date and full feature list up front gives fans a long runway, and it gives him room to roll out singles before the full project arrives.

For now, no tracklist, cover art or lead single has been shared. NotJustOk says anticipation is already building among fans. With seven guests confirmed, the next question is which collaboration gets pushed out first.
