Clarendon-born reggae and dancehall artiste Nyne X says a Queens, New York, court has cleared him of four firearm possession charges, ending a case that began more than two years ago.
His defence had challenged the search that led to the charges, arguing that it was unlawful. The outcome has given Nyne X room to turn his attention back to music.
“The weight has been lifted off my shoulders, praise God,” he said. He is preparing to perform in Belize on October 24, 2026.
