Intence Shades Vybz Kartel, Jahshii And More In New Song ‘Correction’

Yeng Badness deejay Intence has come out swinging in his new Crash Dummy and Futuristic Music-produced single Correction.   While the deejay says “we nuh haffi call nuh name,” he has taken aim at several Dancehall artists in the song, some of which are believed to be Jahshii, Vybz Kartel, and Sikka Rymes.

Intence shaded out a slew of individuals, namely “Dah one deh bad fi shot himself,” which appears to be Jahshii, who in a 2021 interview with TVJ’s Entertainment Report admitted to accidentally shooting himself.

He bragged that “No boy cant gimme chat weh nah fvck suh uno buil”, adding “Laugh after dem, ha ha ha ha haa, a nuh me make uno naa get nuh pun na na naa …” which is believed to be aimed at Vybz Kartel, who is incarcerated and presumably has no sex life. Intence has also made similar disses to the Worl’ Boss in previous tracks. (ref. Havoc featuring IWaata).

In another verse, the Heaven Passport deejay says, “Dem couldn’t mad fi bad mi up, dem never bad a Liguanea,” which many are speculating is Sikka Rymes, who was shot and injured by unknown assailants in the Liguanea vicinity in 2019.

Intence goes on to mention others, such as “Dah one deh bad infront ah film,” and “Dah one deh dead and bury, yo ah who remember him?” but refrains from calling names. “Wi nuh haffi call nuh name, head could a big, di cap a fit,” he sings.

More of Intence’s new release offers nostalgic harmonies on the hook, while the Jerro Will-directed music video captures the entertainer in his turf among his crew as he nonchalantly throws around his disses.

The fans are excited that whomever the ‘cap fit’ will return with a counteraction soon.

“This song shows so much intelligence. 😩. So many persons called out blatantly subliminally. Kartel a go rub him out wicked. Clash a get nice. Notice pob trending. Look how man clash songs in the mix. Maybe we’re finding ourselves and will save our music,” said one fan.

Another said, “When di student give di teacha a correction🔥,” and this person added, “Long time mi nuh hear a diss song well put together and deliver like this👍🏾👍🏾.”

Others have put the pieces of the puzzle together: “Dah one deh bad fi shot himself” Jashii nah tek dat💀🤣🤣🤣,” and “This one is a straight diss to Vybz Kartel – Intence you never disappoint your fans with great music keep up the good work.”
