It’s A ‘Dolly’ Link Up On Shenseea’s New Track: Watch
The dolls are out for Shenseea’s new single Dolly that was released today. The Blessed singer rallied Dancehall Life stars Prettii Prettii, TC, and Rebel along with Dancehall starlet Moyann for special cameos in the music video.
The Chimney Records and Romeich Entertainment produced single arrived on Sunday (January 2) and aptly so, like Shenseea says in the track, “It’s a dolly linkup, up ah dolly Sunday” and “Everyday ah mi life blessed like Sunday” so what better day to unveil this latest release.

In the song, Shenseea confidently brags “Mi look like a dolly” with no apology. To those who are simply jealous of her looks, she adds, “ah nuh my fault you born ugly.”
Dressed in full Barbie doll getup, with long pink hair styled in a half up-do and heavy bangs while switching between her cute mini dresses, Shenseea shows she is a real life-size doll that came right out of the box in the music video.

She hangs with her Barbie doll crew, Prettii Prettii, TC, and Dancing Rebel, who all put on a show to flaunt their picture-perfect assets. While her No Limit collaborator, Moyann effortlessly fusses about in full glam to pique jealousy from onlookers.
Giving viewers a little humor in the end, one shelved doll, Barbara played by social media star Barbara Di Barbee, unfortunately, didn’t quite make the cut.
Still wrapped in her box, the old-timer is simply oblivious as to why she hasn’t been picked up off the shelf. “Ah wah gwan out desso? Only Shenseea dolly alone ah sell and Barbie dolly? Wah happen to Barbara dolly?” she sneered before proceeding the put on a show of her own. “Take a good look! Play some music now yaw man, make mi get fi wine and go down pon ittt.”
The Shenyengs are out in their numbers to view the show. It’s been three hours of the song’s release and already the YouTube views are soaring, edging 100k streams. The fans agree; Shenseea couldn’t have tuned a better song, since she is in fact a ‘dolly’.
