Usain Bolt Wishes His “Girlfriend” A Happy Birthday And His Fans Have Some Thoughts
Legendary track and field superstar Usain Bolt took to Instagram yesterday to share a video in dedication to his longtime girlfriend, Kasi Bennet, affectionately known as Kasi B. The entrepreneur and non-profit organization founder turned 31 years old, and Dancehall producer Usain showed love with his Clockwork Riddim-laced slideshow video celebrating endearing moments, heartfelt smiles, and plenty of baecations and nights on the town.
On his Instagram Stories, Bolt shared several short clips of himself and Kasi, who were joined by some friends for dinner. Bolt poured a bottle of champagne over Kasi, while she screamed, “No daddy, no!” before the two broke into a dance. In another clip, where Kasi was pregnant, Bolt wrote “I love this girl u see.”
Kasi, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Legislative Law, is also the mother of the Olympic gold medalist’s three children: daughter Olympia Lightning and twins Thunder and Saint Leo. This led a few of his fans to speculate and even chastise the Olympic gold medalist over when he would be upgrading her title from girlfriend to fiance or wife.
One fan, DJ Rick Up N Live, even taunted him in the comments, saying “Come on what you waiting for 🤷🏾 the blind can see what you need to do 👀.”
“It is full time for that title to be changed. Happy birthday mommy,” added sharonpernell, while thedollqueenpinky said, “😂😂😂 I know y’all was gonna start as soon as he said “girlfriend & mother of my 3 kids “ ..anyways Invite me to the wedding 👰 👏”
Some called him out for perceived ‘slackness’ while others were in disbelief that they were still at the girlfriend/boyfriend stage, choosing to believe the two are secretly married instead.
“What kind of slackness is this? Marry the woman Usain. Stop the shacking up,” raycampbell149 ordered.
“Your girlfriend, bro!!! Years invested, three kids later.. she’s your WIFE., you too old to be saying “ girlfriend” HBD beautiful,” wrote lotus_lover21.
“I believe they are married, no way she can have three kids for you and you still calling her ‘girlfriend’ 🤷🏽♀️,” another fan wrote.
While gyalis and playboy ways were once celebrated in Dancehall and Jamaican culture in general, people these days seem to enjoy seeing celebrity couples settle down, especially when family is involved.
On the flip side, some even spoke up in defense of the happy couple, like this fan who said: “Thats the thing with you ppl always telling others what to do with their lives.”

Regardless of the title or status of Kasi B in Usain’s life, it’s evident that his love for her remains true, and the couple appears unbothered by any bad mind or speculation.
