Ishawna Shows Off Lofty Views From New Miami Condo: “My Realtor Understood The Assignment”
Dancehall vixen Ishawna has just snagged herself a posh-looking condo in Brickell, Miami and showed off the lofty panoramic views from her ‘wrap-around’ balcony on Instagram yesterday.
According to the Equal Rights singer, her real estate agent “understood the assignment” and was able to deliver all the requests she had made for her new home — a condo in the sky with a wrap-around balcony and a view to die for.
“My favorite part of my condo is the view #NewCondo #Miami #Home,” Ishawna wrote on a video clip taken from her new skyscraper home, which she shared on her Instagram Stories yesterday.
Another followed, “My Realtor understood the assignment #WrapAroundBalcony #NewHome #Condo.”
Ishawna has been spending most of her time abroad lately and is frequently spotted in Miami and California. During a recent club appearance in Miami, she confirmed that she is officially off the market and dating a certain someone in LA, which would explain her routine visits to the area.
“Big up mi man, yeah, you know a LA him deh so a 3 hours back,” she told the crowd during her set at the Festive Tuesdays event held over a week ago.
Known for its massive luxury apartment and condominium towers, creative culture, exquisite eateries, affluent shops, exciting nightlife, and chic lifestyle living, the uber metropolitan of Brickell in Downtown Miami couldn’t be more fitting for the self-proclaimed ‘legendary top doll’.
However, Ishawna’s new purchase hasn’t come without cheeky comments from the fans. “Ishawna tun wife now gal find a money man now,” and “She’s with a rich white man for sure. Kinda older,” were just some of many comments thrown at her by fans.
Others commented on her decision to live in Brickell. “Brickell is a very expensive lux area.”
Another agreed, “Not to be rude, but I hope Ishawna is smart with her money because Brickell is not a cheap place…just a studio condo starts off at $500K, and based on her floor height/view, I would say she’s in at least $1.5M condo…the maintenance fees per month & taxes per year are crazy, but I guess that’s her life!!!”
Despite the naysaying, the Mood singer revealed back in August last year that she was raking in millions from OnlyFans, claiming the platform, ‘turned her back into a multi-millionaire,’ and she didn’t even have to go to extremes or do “anything out of the norm.”
