Who Wore It Better? Spice And Shaggy Leave Fans In Stitches With IG Photo
Mr. Boombastic and the Dancehall Queen had fans in stitches with their winter-themed “Who Wore It Better” IG photos.
Spice and Shaggy have been in collab mode since 2020 when she announced he would serve as Executive Producer on her yet untitled, first LP. It seems the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic might be the reason for the hold-up studio wise, but it hasn’t stopped their chill vibes on social media that recently had fans cracking up.
Spice posted the original photo of herself on February 7 in a warm outfit against a snowy Atlanta backdrop. Rocking pieces from her clothing line, the blue hair diva was stunning in her ‘Watch Nice’ jumpsuit ($150.00) and matching Mauve VIP Coat ($129.99) from Graci Noir’s Christmas Collection.
She captioned the promo post, “Use code #Blackhistory to get 15% off this Jacket or anything else on my entire website @gracinoir Www.gracinoir.com #Happysunday”. Later that same day, the Cool It deejay was also seen at a studio vibing with “Grant and @shanehoosong”.
Never one to be left out of the spotlight, and fresh off the buzz around his Super Bowl Cheetos ad, Shaggy entered the chat on Saturday. Whether he wanted to prove to Spice that her outfit promo was working, or knew just how to provoke some good clean fun, Shaggy’s savage pose and simple tag set fans off in the comments section, even earning him a repost from the Queen.
She answered his challenge with, “And me deh yah a search down mi house a wonder a who Theif mi Jacket eeeno but it’s your pose for me,” dropping plenty of laughing emojis before turning it over to the fans. “Unu at @direalshaggy and answer him deh please #repost @direalshaggy,” she wrote.
The amused IG users wasted no time defending their fave, pointing out everything from Shaggy’s dramatic stance to Spice’s height. “Of course it has to be my bae😍😍😍😍SPICE💙💙💙💙🔥🔥🔥🔥 Shaggy can gwaan though, jacket bring him off @gracinoir,” read a popular comment, while another in favour of the Inches crooner said, “Spice for me but Shaggy ave a buzz too.”
Top comments for #TeamShaggy included “Cho, mi love Shaggy yuh si!” and “Di coat Shaggy like Shaggy so a Shaggy me choose” but others preferred to poke fun at the Angel singer — “Me think it go better with blue hair dawg 😂.”
One keen IG user pointed out the difference in outfit overall based on Spice’s height. “Suh whe me want kn, Is the same length coat Shaggy have on?” the fan quipped, to which another replied, “@spiceofficial yuh shawwwt yf, main crush still.”

Judging by the sea of blue hearts throughout the comments, it’s clear who really caught eveyone’s attention, but Spice and Shaggy clearly make an entertaining duo.
Fans are even more hyped for their upcoming project which will be Spice’s first album on the VP Records imprint since signing with them in 2009. Grammy award-winning producers Shane Hoosong (mentioned in her above caption), iLL Wayno, as well as Grammy-nominated producer Costi are among the enviable list of engineers so far.
