Canadian rapper Tory Lanez’s night out over the weekend couldn’t have gotten any better after running into the Hip-Hop rap legend himself, DMX. The very random meeting happened at a Jamaican food truck at 2 am in Miami on Sunday morning when the two artists were evidently rummaging the streets for a late-night bite.

Lanez, who was in complete awe of the coincidental sighting decided to capture the moment for his Instagram story, which showed him in a parking lot with an affable-looking DMX. “It’s just crazy, it don’t even make sense, n-ggaz is hungry in this place n-gga!” Lanez said excitedly about seeing the Ruff Ryders’ Anthem rapper with the biggest grin on his face.

It seems they decided to hit the club after chowing down some Jamaican cuisine. Tory shared another video clip of them partying at a nightclub later on. While he danced the night away, DMX took center stage by the DJ to lay down some of his tracks. The crowd was seen eagerly rocking out and singing along with the 50-year old rapper as he versed the lyrics of his hit single, What They Really Want that featured R&B singe Sisqó.

Last year Lanez also experienced a similar spontaneous appearance with DMX during what was dubbed his Quarantine Live show in March 2020. The Party Up rapper called in and completely surprised the more than 45K viewers that were tuned in, including R&B singer Chris Brown and American producer, Timberland who both threw up fire emojis in their comments upon seeing the legendary rapper.

Though Tory asked him to drop a verse during the live, DMX who was a little hesitant at the time instead opted to give the viewers a taste of his infamous growl, which sent everyone including Lanez into a frenzy. Watch the hilarious clip here-

Before leaving the live, DMX revealed at the time that he was in Nashville, Tennessee working on new music and will be dropping an album soon. He also tapped Tory for his assist on a track.

Since his debut, DMX has released seven studio albums. His last album, Undisputed released in September 2012, and featured production from Swizz Beatz and J.R. Rotem with a guest appearance by MGK.
