I-Octane Shows Off Weight Loss In Inspirational Instagram Post
Dancehall artiste I-Octane is getting candid about the challenges in life and his recent weight loss journey.
In an Instagram post today, the singer showed off his incredible achievement and said, “Life comes with ups and downs but when your facing bad times that’s how you know your true character… So this message is for the people out there who a go tru the same thing and want to give up….. Listen to me don’t 🙏🙏 pls don’t.”
The message came with before-and-after photos, taken 6 months apart, which show a weight loss journey that now finds Octane looking pretty trim and dapper and most of all quite confident.
The Megalithic deejay added that he’s no quitter: “Giving up is not in my blood,” and despite all the criticism he got for gaining weight when he did, he knew once his mind was in the right place again, he’d push through and fix it – and that he did.
“I see and hear everyone who did a style me when I was going through a rough time in life so I gained weight because of the stress it comes with…” he explained.

The fans came through to thank Octane for sharing his personal weight-loss experience with them.

Octane has been hitting the gym consistently over the last few weeks, sharing snippets of the journey on his IG page (below) and tagging celebrity fitness trainer Patrice Wright, who many will know have worked with the likes of Elephant Man, Beenie Man, Sean Paul, Yanique Curvy Diva, Tessanne and Tami Chin to name a few.
