Ding Dong Trapped “Like A Mouse In A House” In New Single ‘Stray’: Watch

In an exciting storytelling-style track entitled Stray, Dancehall artiste Ding Dong stirs a whole 3 minutes of drama to keep viewers tickled and on the edge of their seats. The new production hit streaming yesterday, Saturday November 7 on the deejay’s official YouTube page and has already racked up more than 100k views in just 24 hours.

Courtesy of Xtreme Arts, the visuals play out the scenes of Dong’s narrow escape as he pursues a “clean skin with a pretty likkle face” female acquaintance from “down a Bay.” The story begins with the Ravers Clavers spearhead admitting to his crew that sometimes a guy just has to Stray, “Wuss when dem gyal yah body look a certain way? … Dawg, more time we a go stray”.

In relaying his own personal pursuit in the song, the deejay goes on to tell them about the time he drove all the way to Mobay to check this girl. Ignoring the 4 screw-faced brutes idling at her gate, he proceeds to call her anyway. She instructs him to stay in the car and goes outside to meet him. “Di gyal come out in a one short shorts, one likkle beanie beanie short shorts! She look suh good she make me cant talk and when she walk it a show up har … parts,” he pines in pleasure.

Once inside, it doesn’t take him long to show off his manly skills, and in deciding to ignore all incoming calls they both get down for “working time.” But then there is a knock at the door and the voice behind it sends Dong’s friend into shock. Now their private rendezvous is put on blast as her angry badman baby father heads to the gate to slash Dong’s tyres and “like a mouse in a house, man trapped!”

Pity they don’t know, the Good Ting Dem deejay has friends in high places — Ding Dong doesn’t waste any time to ring up the Up Top Boss TeeJay!
