Jesse Royal And Kandi King Are Expecting A Baby Girl
Reggae singer Jesse Royal is going to be a dad again!
The significant other of the Jamaican reggae star, Kandi, took to social media to announce that the couple is expecting their first child together. “The best is yet to come,” she captioned an Instagram post with two photos and a video.
In sync, the Reggae musician followed with a matching Instagram post. “The blessing just keep piling!! Eternal Love,” Royal said while rocking his hair in a man bun smiling next to King, who is wearing a Rastafarian colored swim outfit with her baby bump visible.
Revealing the gender of the baby, the Modern Day Judas artist, used the hashtag #YaliLiklSister confirming that the power duo are having a baby girl.
Prior to this, fans of the reggae singer were not even aware that he was dating the carnival entrepreneur who is most known for her carnival concierge service called Karnival by Kandi.
In late July, Jesse Royal had hinted that he and King were romantically involved when he shared a video of King, which he captioned, “U have helped me grow in ways that I’m forever grateful for Inna real life! U are truly such a selfless, loving, faithful, thoughtful, transparent individual and on another level such a huge inspiration to me”.
“From ur Resilience to ur Ethics to ur Ambition and Not to mention your Vision. I love the way u love me and I pray that life’s richest blessings follow u eternally because u truly deserve it Kweeen! Happy Birthday My Love,” added Royal in his post on July 31.
Despite the lack of definitive knowledge about the couple’s romantic relationship, fans and those in the know, other local celebrities, welcomed the announcement.
Desha Ravers, Romain Virgo, Naomi Cowan, Iba Mahr among others shared congratulatory messages for the expectant couple on the social media platform.
“When you google the phrase: ‘No shots missed’ – Jesse’s photo will be right there,” said Naomi Cowan.
“Dis nice so til!!!! Lawd man!!! I said it all already on @kingkandi page but congrats my brother,” added Tami Chin Mitchell.
“Blessings Mi Fam!,” remarked the sauce boss, Kemar Highcon.
“Blessings no stressing,” added Charly Black.
While this is King’s first child, in 2016, Jesse Royal and his then-girlfriend, Lea, welcomed a baby girl, affectionately called Yali.
Royal is also godfather to Leah Tavares-Finson and Jahvillani’s son.
