Known as “Aunty Angel” by the kids, Jamaican dancehall artiste D’Angel has reactivated her foundation. This time she is entering communities and donating goodies to children.

The singer posted a video of her good deed earlier today on her Instagram page, where she was seen summoning the children to follow her.  D’Angel was dressed in a free-flowing blue jeans ankle-length skirt and what appears to be a white crop top.  During the walk, the children complimented her on how beautiful she looks and she was clearly basking in all the compliments.

The donation was made in partnership with Honeybun, one of Jamaica’s fastest growing wholesale bakery. “Spread a Little Love. Feeding the children and old people is our priority. The drive continues of spreading love and giving back. I’ll be back on the road spreading more love . It might be your community next! Just be on the look out,” read the caption of her two-minute video.

“I have some stuff for you guys from Honeybun, these are snacks and pastries.” she told the children.

They then enter a room where the children got seated and D’Angel commenced the distribution. “Christmas comes a little early because we are giving back constantly from Angel’s Foundation,” the Stress Free singer announced.

D’Angel and the children then expressed gratitude to Honeybun and her foundation.

“That’s what we do here at Angel’s Foundation, we continue to give back especially to children and old people because that’s what I started out doing but since the whole covid we have extended not just for just children and older people, we are actually giving back to everybody…we continue to spread love and give back because people want food everyday. That’s what I do, give back, spread love.”

She also used the opportunity to seek additional sponsors to assist her in spreading the love.

Her followers were very pleased with this initiative. “Good going Empress…..need more help like this in the country and stop depending on the politicians,” one person wrote.

“The first few seconds of this video made my heart melt,” another said.

One follower however cautioned her to take the necessary steps to keep safe “I love this! You are doing a great job. Continue to help while you can. Also for your safety please remember to wear your mask because even babies having Covid-19.”

The 24/7 Baking operation Honey Bun commented as well. “Awesome. Sharing the LOVE”
