Dancehall artiste Atomik, whose real name is Michael Miller, sits down for a one on one with DancehallMag.

How long have you been in the music industry and how did you start?

I’ve been in the music industry from 2002 after I did my first major concert performance at the Richie Stephens’ Unity Splash in Savanna-La-Mar, which led to my first official recording which was a collaboration with my best friend, the late Copper Cat. It all started from there.

What are your areas of focus?

With my years of experience and growth my main focus is to build Atomik as an international brand. Also I’m focusing on doing productions of my own I now have my own record label, Bomb-It Ent.

What are your biggest accomplishments to date?

Being a part of the Pot of Gold camp, doing collaborations with Copper Cat such as MEK It Stay and Nuh Foolishness on the Klick Medley feat. KIPRICH, Blacker and Face.

I also performed on shows such a Champions in Action, West Kingston Jamboree, Manchester Fiesta, Fully Loaded, Galiday Bounce, and more.

What is your latest single and or current project?

My latest singles are, Shake Up Di Planet (Sankofa Dream Production), Dallaz (1 Group Records), Already (Music Tree Records), Hunt Mi Goal (DJ Treasure Music). Look out for the upcoming Rough Pleasure EP for the ladies.
