Carving out a spot for herself in the music industry with her sultry sounds and distinctive style Rosh Rebel, for the past three years, has been laying the foundation and finding new ways to sharpen her craft.

Her latest single GLOW, released in January 2020, showcases the Artiste’s versatility and ability to appeal considerably to the international market.

“I’d say my voice is what is most unique. I don’t believe I sound like any one person in particular”

The upcoming Artiste has shared stages with Artistes such as Jesse Royal and Dre Island at We Are Reggae, performed at Sunday Live with Wayne Marshall and performed on Black Stallion’s Half Way Tree Traffic Light Concert alongside Romain Virgo, Agent Sasco, among others.

I’ve also worked with a few upcoming Jamaican Artistes like Chavez Illmatiq, KALI GRN. I’ve done some work for TeeJay and have done live backing vocals for Singing Melody.” She told DancehallMag.

Having received her first BBC 1xtra airplay by the SeaniB on her song, HOLD ON, Rebel said she is basking in her wins along the journey and looking forward to opportunities for touring in future.

“You can expect really solid productions from me, better overall sound, great performances and overall good vibrations going forward”

She said she is also looking forward to working on a song dedicated to her late father.

“The song is called TOMORROW and is supposed to be my next release. It was written through inspiration of my Father’s shocking passing. I’m also working with my Management on taking the next best steps for my career so we’re focused on that now”

Rebel said though she has felt the pressure of a new female artiste in a male dominated industry, she is pushing through the setbacks and holding her own.
