Jahmiel And Bugle Team Up To Share The ‘Signs Of The Times’: Watch

Dancehall artistes Jahmiel and Bugle have collaborated for an easy-going music video for their new song Signs Of The Times.

The song highlights reality and the ungratefulness of people, who despite being helped, will not be there for others during difficult times. “Life show we the signs but we still never learn cause we heart too clean yeah, nuh expect nuh strength from nobody whey you help inna life because nuff nuh real yeah.” Jahmiel sings.

Despite this, Jahmiel states that he continues to show support despite the fact that the ones he cares about the most are the very ones who want to see you fall. “You can’t even trust your own its every dog to their owna bone now. Hard times mek you know who fake now and it easy fi know dem ah snake now.”

Bugle added to the message by saying even when you do everything for some people they will never return the favor. “Not even prayer dem nuh give whey, try nuh sick because ah you dem naw go pray for, imagine you ah friends but with your enemies you safer, parchment dem ah walk with ah nuh regular paper.”

Both artistes revealed that those the very reasons they do not trust people, yet they maintain their faith in a superior power. “We surrounded by corruption, but we love Jah, ah him ah strike the lightening and ah him ah roll the thunder and we nuh worry bout the ones whey want fi see we done fah.”

In 2002, Bugle commenced his music career as Elephant Man’s songwriter but by 2007 he started to voice songs like Exercise, What have I done to you, Journey and Supremacy.

Jahmiel rose to prominence with the internationally acclaimed Gain the World in 2015. Other well-known songs by this artiste are Years to Come, which were released in 2016, and “Strongest Soldier” in 2017. He recent releases include Lava, Rich, No Other, We Alone, and his sophomore project REVAMP.
