Ashanti Serves Up Bikini Body While Vibing To A Dancehall Oldie From Beenie Man

Grammy-winning singer Ashanti has a deep love for Jamaica and Dancehall music, and she has no qualms about sharing it.

While it seems the Always On Time singer was not in favor of celebration on Saturday, the 4th of July, she did share a sexy video of herself dancing to Beenie Man’s Clean Heart on Instagram on that day.

Looking many years younger than her actual age, the American songstress can be seen seductively gyrating to Beenie’s 2012 track. She lets the camera wander to show off her voluptuous and toned body in an emerald diamante bikini that barely covers some of her lady parts.  If Ashanti doesn’t get you right into the mood for summer — nothing will.

In the caption, she said to her 5.6 million followers, “when you have a clean heart, clean like di wata from di stream #Saturdayvibes.”

Of course, this has not missed Beenie Man or his fiancee Krystal Tomlinson who liked the video.

Beenie Man commented eight fire emojis along with a black colored heart to which Ashanti replied, “Beenie I loveeeee this song,” with some emojis.

Meanwhile, some commented on the hit maker’s body, asking, “why have you not aged at ALL,” while others exclaimed, “U still look 22!”

“Still badder than most of these younger chics in the game,” said another admiring fan.

In another Instagram post, she showed off her killer bod in a low-cut yellow bikini and an ‘Ashanti Chapter II’ baby blue T-shirt, which was the name of her second studio album, released in 2003.

Ashanti was born in 1980 (her 40th birthday is October 13), but as you can see in her video, she’s also rocking her face without makeup and looking fresh, young, and stress-free.  The 39-year-old does look a bit unrecognizable without makeup, but bare skin and au naturale is definitely in, and Ashanti is rocking it!

Beenie later reposted Ashanti’s video and said, “@ashanti always showing love. Ashanti heart nuh dirty, har heart clean.”

During a visit to Jamaica in 2014, she told Onstage, “I absolutely love Jamaica, I love Jamaican culture I love reggae music, I always say I don’t know what happened to me I was supposed to be born Jamaican and it got messed up, my situation didn’t plan out that way.”

Jamaicans would probably welcome her as one islander noted on her Clean Heart video, “Ashanti has to partially be Jamaican the way she naturally just vibe wid the culture.”

Beenie Man and Ashanti teamed up for First Real Love, which appeared as the Outro (last song) on her fifth studio album, Braveheart, in 2014.

They linked up again later that year for a performance in NYC.

In 2016 she returned to the island again to perform for a Shaggy and Friends Concert, where she reunited with Beenie for another stage performance.

After the concert, she spent several days enjoying the island and soaking up the sun with Shaggy and Sean Paul.  The Rain On Me was also spotted elsewhere during that memorable visit.

Beenie delivered a spectacular acoustic rendition of Clean Heart last year on Juss Buss TV.  During the performance, he sent respects to incarcerated veterans Ninjaman and Vybz Kartel and welcomed Buju Banton back home to the island.
