Skillibeng Treats Fans To ’50 Bag’ Video And New Single: Watch

‘Brik Pon Brik’ Boss Skillibeng, over the weekend, treated fans to some new music as well as the official music video for 50 Bag.

The young artist also seeks to motivate Jamaican youths with his new single Defy the Odds. The song, produced by Wizzy Hemton, is aligned Skillibeng’s brand and reputation – being a go-getter and a money-maker by any means.

“Defy the odds. Mi a do weh me fi do. Failure dem expect”, he deejays on the hook, with his signature vocal style.

The song, which was released last night, has already received over 18,000 views on Youtube, with fans praising the new single. “Skillibeng is the new brick boss that is motivating ghetto youths to become more successful in life”, one comment said. Listen below:

Also last night, the 23-year-old artist released the official video for his weed anthem, 50 Bag. The official audio was released in October and has since received over 200,000 views. Skillibeng is hoping to push the single to receive more airplay with an official music video.

Skillibeng, who hails from St. Thomas, is quickly becoming one of the most popular rising artists in Dancehall. His breakout single, Brik Pon Brik is still one of the most popular Dancehall songs played on local radio, almost a year after being released. The official video for the song, which was released in December 2019, has racked up over two million views on Youtube.
