Fans Urging Another Missy Elliott And Spice Collab
Excitement started brewing in the music biosphere yesterday when Dancehall star Spice posted on her Instagram page, a clip of American Rapper icon, Missy ‘Misdemeanor’ Elliot rocking out to Stylo G’s remix of “Dumpling” featuring Spice herself and Sean Paul.
In the IG video, Missy is seen jiving to Spice’s segment of the remix, smiling at lyrics like “the money mek a gyal a act suicidal”, in obvious appreciation and love for the Reggae artiste’s talent. Spice captioned the video: “Heyyyy Sis I see you 👀 what’s the secret cause you looking younger every day, so pretty 😍 really Supa dupa fly. “Bad gyal step out and stunting, Missy money 💰 thick like a Cornmeal #Dumpling” 😝 @missymisdemeanorelliott You know I love you 💙💙💙”.

Missy responded: “ This my song here!!!!!! This jawn fye🔥🔥🔥🔥.” Sending fans in a frenzy and igniting talks about a collaboration for 2020.
Commentators also couldn’t shake the uncanny resemblance the two apparently share. At a first, second and even third glance Missy was mistaken for Spice. Fans thought they were initially looking at Spice with a new hair do, only to realise it was actually Missy slaying some box braids.
The 48-year-old, Virginia native, rap mega star was complimented on her strikingly youthful appearance as well. Comments directed at her from fans expressed similar observations, “Missy aging backwards ❤️” and “Hey missy I see you never fell from grace, stay calm when the real king returns, u are looking very young and I’m impressed!!!”
The two became fast friends back in the day, collaborating together on one of Spice’s track in 2011, titled ‘Fun” that features Missy. Spice has also made appearances at Missy’s birthday celebrations and can be seen in other productions with the Rapper.
